The rooms at Bitzaro Palace Hotel were really comfortable and cozy. I stayed in a room with a double bed and it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The sofa in the other room looked equally inviting, perfect for two guests. The private bathroom was clean and modern, with a bath or shower depending on your preference. I loved that each room had a flat-screen TV and was air-conditioned, making it a great place to relax after a long day.

The only thing I didn't love was that only guests sharing a room could sit at the same table. But hey, that's just my personal opinion, others might still find it enjoyable for a more intimate dining experience.

Had a great Easter break! Loved the location of this hotel, only a short transfer from the airport. The food was really amazing, with great variety and always well presented. Loved the way they welcomed us with complimentary meal packs upon our late arrival. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing with gentle music that made it easy to unwind.

Not really the best hotel for young families as it lacked the right balance of entertainment options. Though not the hotel's fault, some of the guests were rowdy and often drank heavily.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bitzaro Palace. The hotel had a lovely pool where I could swim every day, and the food was absolutely amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially during a big earthquake that happened while I was there. Even though they must have been scared themselves, they were reassuring and kind. My son loved it too, and wants to come back every holiday. The hotel also had a free pool table and decent WiFi.
